Please read the following delivery information:

Scarlet Lily offers its products at the best possible prices; we also set fair postage prices that reflect the actual handling, packaging and shipping costs of each item. All our deliveries up to 1kg are carried out by Royal Mail. The pricing is weight based. The basket will calculate the weight and show the cost at checkout. Up to 750g is sent by Royal Mail. Over 750g is sent by DPD Courier Service.

Local Delivery

Delivery in Beverley is free, there is then a small charge for surrounding postcodes.

Royal Mail Tracked

Price: 

  • Royal Mail Tracked - Up to 500g = £3.60 (UK)
  • Royal Mail Tracked - Up to 750g = £4.80 (UK)

UK Courier Deliveries

We use DPD for courier deliveries. You will receive emails from DPD with your package's tracking details. SMS texts are also available with the courier orders but you must leave your mobile telephone number on the checkout page. We will always use DPD but there may be circumstances where we are not able to do this. We then reserve the right to change the courier. We will only change the courier if it enables us to dispatch your parcel sooner. If you have a problem with your delivery please call our helpline and we will do all we can to help.
